Our recent Easter stay was just average for the cost. Staff was always polite and helpful. We appreciated the two complementary facts we received during our stay, which were a nice added touch. The hotel is in a great location, close to many restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool.
We were disappointed to learn that the hotel's restaurant was closed for a private event on Easter Sunday, leaving us with limited dining options.
Additionally, while our room was spacious, the furnishings were outdated and in need of some updating.

We had a luxurious stay here with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of our needs. the service was impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff. the Spa and wellness centre was top, notch, and the sauna was a great way to unwind. the outdoor swimming pool was pristine with lots of sun loungers to relax on, and the garden area was a wonderful oasis in the heart of the city.
We only encountered one minor issue at this hotel, which was that the restaurant was a bit expensive.
However, the in, room breakfast was a great alternative, and the bar/lounge area was an excellent place to unwind after a long day.

This hotel is a luxurious haven in the heart of the city. From the moment I arrived, the exceptional service was evident. the room was spacious and immaculate with high, end amenities that made my stay a true pleasure. the rooftop pool was a highlight, complete with sun loungers and a sun terrace that provided stunning views of the city. the spa centre was also a must, visit, offering a range of massage and wellness treatments that left me feeling revitalized.
The only minor issue was with the elevator card scans, which sometimes took a few tries to work properly.
However, this was quickly forgotten with the overall outstanding experience.

We would stay here again without hesitation, as the hotel met the purpose. This venue had everything we needed, we liked cleanliness and rooms. We spent our evenings in nearby Isla Bar enjoying drinks and atmosphere.
